Meusnier can assist customers with the optimization of their gears, following is an example of the analysis of an existing design from a customer which resulted in performance increase and extended life of a set of gears.

Meusnier can also design and calculate the service factor of gearboxes, being able to offer in many cases the upgrade of their gears by modifying their geometry, materials and Heat Treatments.

Gear analyzes and calculations are carried out strictly under the most current AGMA regulations and with a specialized software for this purpose.
